Downloading and installing a mod.

Q: How do I get the mod?

A: Click the download link and save it wherever you want to.

Q: How do I install these mods?

A: First, if the file you downloaded is a .zip or a .rar file, then follow my directions from part one. If its an exe file, then run it and follow the directions. Otherwise skip to part two of the instructions:

1. Unpack the file you downloaded using WinRAR. You can find it in the hacking utilities section.

2. Copy the files into the the system folder of SADX or Sonic Heroes.

The default location for SADX is: C:\Program Files\Sega\SONICADVENTUREDX.

The default location for Sonic Heroes is: C:\Program Files\Sega\SONICHEROES\dvdroot\playmodel

(IMPORTANT don't forget to make backup files of the ones you are overwriting.)

Q: I downloaded a modeled mod, but when I put it in the game it comes out with a weird looking character. What have I done wrong?

A: The problem probably is that you didn't paste the CHRMODELS.DLL file included with it into your SADX system folder.
