Electric Vengeance:

Static automatically attacks his enemies when he is hurt (originally done as Chaotic Retaliation by Zarosguth).

Electric Dash:

Static does a Light-Speed Dash when you perform a Jump Dash in a trail of rings. You can still charge and do the Light-Speed Dash.

Voltaic Glide:

Static can perform another Jump Dash after he has already performed one. You can repeat this over and over endlessly.

Voltaic Hover:

By continuously Jump-Canceling Static can decrease his falling speed to almost zero. (Hint: Try combining this with the Voltaic Glide for maximum distance.)

Static can also jump higher than Sonic (a lot higher) and he runs just a little bit faster.
